I tried to convert one BatchDPG but it didn’t work. How can that be? Does some know another way I can convert movies so that they can work on Moonshell?

hi,iv recently downloaded dpg movie for my kids dsi and hav put it on her r4i card but it doest show on the file,iv also tried to put it on the sd card but it doesnt show ther either can any1 help….i do hav moonshell…xx
